The mouthpiece is designed to connect easily with a variety of devices. Simply choose the correct plug and attach it to the mouthpiece. Before starting, brush your teeth and apply the serum to the front surface of your teeth. It might take a few pumps for the serum to come out the first time. Use the brush to apply the serum by gently brushing from the top of each tooth down toward the bottom.

Next, place the mouthpiece in your mouth and close your lips lightly around it. Let it work for 9 to 30 minutes. When finished, remove the mouthpiece — you can spit out any excess saliva if needed — then unplug and rinse it with water. For a more thorough clean, you can use a mild hand soap. Dry the mouthpiece completely, return it to its holder, and store it safely.

For best results, use the device once a day for 21 consecutive days. After that, continue with occasional touch-ups — we recommend using it at least twice a week to maintain your bright smile.

You can use it for 9-30 minutes each day for 21-30 days straight. If you have sensitivity, take a break for 1-3 days, and continue.
